A rare opportunity to acquire a very high specification late model M600 incorporating additional equipment for high added vale print applications.This press features:
• JF48 folder for A3, A4, d.p and delta
• PFF Module for 4pp & 8pp A4
• Scheffer Plow Fold Deck with Gluing for special products/gate folds etc.
• Kodak Prosper S20 4 colour digital printing system consisting of 2 banks of 4 heads moveable across the width of the press, Each bank has a print width of 100mm.
• Adphos transport system and IR dryer
• U.V Anilox Coater for spot and overall coating. Various anilox rollers provide for different coating weights. Unit can also be used for special colours through use of tinted U.V ink applied via Cyrel plate.
• VITS Rotocut S single/double cut sheeter
• Full RIMA post press with trimming and compensating stacker
• Chilling system, ink pumps/tanks and all accessories
This press has application for in-line production of personalised/targeted printing for direct mail, outlet dedicated supermarket/store flyers and other applications require 4 col image change on the run with zero makeready.
A wide range of special folding products can be produced as finished product directly from the press.
With in line U.V varnishing the press is also ideal for high volume 4pp cover production with option for single and double gate folds.
