Founded in 1861, Westend Druck is one of the leading web offset companies in Germany and since 2003 part of WKS Group with two sites in Germany, Westend is a high-volume producer of flyers and inserts and required a cost effective 48pp press to replace an ageing Lithoman 48 at their Essen facility.
JanusTech sourced a very well maintained and highly specified Lithoman IV 48pp for WKS from Aktietrykkeriet AS in Norway which met their technical expectations and budget requirements. Working closely with both WKS and manroland GmbH, the press was installed in their Essen plant in June/July 2015.
