JanusTech was asked to source and install a high speed perfect binder suitable for both 1 up and 2 up binding applications. A suitable line was sourced in France. The machine is equipped with 14 gathering stations and was modified to include a Kolbus book saw to enable 2 up A5 production. The installation process also involved alteration to the layout and the addition other peripheral equipment in order to fit the space allocated to this project.
